Thinking
of renting out a room in your HDB flat? It's
good to familiarise yourself with the Housing
& Development Board's (HDB) rules so that
you do not end up infringing any of them when
you sublet a bedroom or even the whole flat. |
|
HDB
owners are allowed to sublet bedrooms in their
flat under certain conditions. They may also
sublet their whole flat. |
|
How
many bedrooms can you sublet? |
|
The
number of bedrooms which you, as a HDB flat
owner, can sublet depends on the flat type. |
