Employment
of foreign students on vacation:

Under
the Work Permit (Exemption) (Consolidation)
Notification 2002, any person who employs or wishes
to employ a foreign worker, who is 14 years of age
or above, is a full-time matriculated or registered
student of the schools or institutions listed in the
Notification, and who is on vacation, is exempted
from applying for a work permit for the foreign
worker.
